• VitaCat products are typically shipped out within 1-2 business days. Each customer will receive an order confirmation email at checkout followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once shipped

  • Please note that we only ship to addresses in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason at all we will happily refund or replace your purchase. Email us at hello@vitacat.com within 30 days of purchase to request a refund. Your order will be refunded to the payment method used for purchase.
